应用改进的DAS-ELISA法快速检测马铃薯病毒

Potato Virus Determined by the Improved DAS-ELISA Technique

试验分别用改进DAS-ELISA法和常规DAS-ELISA法对马铃薯4种主要病毒PVX、PVY、PVS、PLRV进行检测,其检测结果完全一致,且灵敏度也基本相同。改进法比常规法操作简便、节省时间,表明改进DAS-ELISA法是一种直观、实用、快速、准确可靠的检测方法,适合种薯生产中大量样品的多种主要马铃薯病毒的快速检测。

Four main potato viruses （PVX, PVY, PVS AND PLRV） were determined by the conventional DAS-ELISA and improved DAS-ELISA techniques respectively. The results indicate that the determination results and sensitivity of two techniques are the same, but the improved DAS-ELISA technique is of the intuitional, practical, quick and reliable way, which can be used for determining main potato viruses in the seed-potato production.
