鞍钢烧结配加蛇纹石的实验室研究 被引量:3

摘要 蛇纹石作为熔剂部分或全部取代菱镁石的烧结试验表明,随蛇纹石配比增加,烧结固体燃耗降低,烧结矿转鼓强度与烧结机利用系数提高,烧结矿粒度组成趋于合理,冶金性能得到改善。配加蛇纹石对烧结产、质量有利,但每增加1%的蛇纹石,烧结矿品位约降低0·6个百分点。 Sintering experiments with addition of serpentine as flux to replace a part or all of magnesite are conducted. The results show that the sintering solid fuel consumption is decreased, sinter strength and production rate is increased, sinter size composition is reasonable, sinter metallurgical properties and mineralogy are improved with increasing serpentine proportion. Ahhouth the addition of serpentine is good for increasing sinter quantity and quality, the sinter grade will be decreased 0.6 percent with 1 percent serpentine increasing.
