摘要
为了提高烧结料层的粒度偏析和透气性,降低边缘效应,改善布料质量,对承钢150m2烧结机布料系统进行了改进,包括:布料矿槽容积和形状的改进;五辊改九辊;重新布置松料器;增加压料器和九辊拦板等。改进后,取得了满意的效果。
in order to increase the particle segregation and air permeability of sintering bed, to weaken the side wall effect, the feeding system of CHENGGANG 150 m^2 sintering machines were modified, inc improving the size and shape of roll feeder surge bin, adopting the nine-roll feeder to replace the five-roll feeder, re - arranging the loosening bars, mounting the cut - off bar and nine-roll side plate etc.. As a result, the better technico-economic indices were gained.
