摘要
为了保存、推广和改良麻疯树的种质,对麻疯树进行了促腋芽分枝和生根诱导实验.发现KT、2,4-D的激素搭配适于诱导愈伤;培养基MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.01 mg/L IBA+5.0mg/L AgNO3的腋芽分枝效果较好;pH值的变化对腋芽分枝的影响不大;采用瞬时高浓度生长素刺激或者无激素的活性炭培养基都能得到92%以上的生根率.
Enhanced axillary branching and rooting induction of Jatropha curcas were researched, to save, exploit and optimize the qualities of J. curcas. The results showed that compounding of KT,2,4-D was good for callus inducement; axillary buds induced well in the medium of MS + 1.0mg/L BA + 0.01 mg/L IBA + 5.0mg/L AgNO3 ; effect of pH was low; ratio of rooting could get to 92 %, both by stimulated with high concentrationof auxin short time or cultured in the active carbon medium.
