摘要
选用航空燃料的主要成分正十二烷为探针燃料,考察了超临界反应条件下供氢剂、结焦抑制剂以及二者组成的复合添加剂对碳氢燃料热裂解沉积的影响。结果表明,供氢剂苯甲醇、四氢萘以及四氢萘/四氢萘酮二元供氢剂均能在一定程度上抑制正十二烷的裂解;其中四氢萘/四氢萘酮二元供氢剂效果较好,在相同裂解率下,比纯正十二烷的稳定温度高出43℃。结焦抑制剂二苯硒、二苯二硒都能明显减少正十二烷的热裂解沉积,二苯二硒降沉积效果更好。复合添加剂比单一试剂效果更明显,二元供氢剂与二苯二硒的复合添加剂可减少77.5%的裂解沉积。
The effects of hydrogen donors, coking-inhibitors and the multiplex additives mixed by them on the pyrolytic deposition of fuel were investigated under supercritical condition when they were respectively added into n-dodecane, which was the main component of aviation fuel and used as the model fuel in this study. Test results demonstrated that the hydrogen donors of benzyl alcohol, tetralin and tetralin/tetralone all could inhibit the pyrolytic deposition of fuel to a certain extent. Among them tetralin/tetralone binary donor was the best one, with which the temperature of n-dodecane could be increased by 43℃ compared to pure n-dodecane at the same pyrolytic level. Diphenyl selenide and diphenyl diselenide both were the good coking-inhibitors, the latter was the better one to inhibit coke formation. The multiplex additives displayed more remarkable synergetic effect than hydrogen donor or coking-inhibitor used separately. A 77.5% of reduction in deposit formation could be obtained when the multiplex additive of tetralin/tetralone binary donor and diphenyl diselenide was added into n-dodecane.
