摘要
在活化剂氨三乙酸存在下,痕量锰催化高碘酸钾氧化中性红,β-环糊精使高碘酸钾氧化中性红的灵敏度提高了2.0倍,选择性得到改善。测定锰的线性范围为0~10ng/mL,检出限为1.52×10^-11g/mL,用此法测量糯米粉、大米粉中Mn^2+的含量,结果令人满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of Mn(Ⅱ) has been developed. The method is based on the oxidation of neutral red by potassium periodate in the presence of β-cyclodexdrin(β-CD) as a sensitizer and nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator. The linear range of the method was 0~10ng·mL^-1 for Mn(Ⅱ), the determination limit was 1.52×10^-11g/mL, and the sensitivity was increased by a factor of 2.0 compared to that in the absence of the β-CD. The method was used for the determination of Mn(Ⅱ) in cereal samples with satisfactory results.
