摘要
研究了微乳液介质中,在pH=9.0的NH4Cl-NH3缓冲溶液时,镍(II)与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)显色生成稳定的紫红色配合物,在580 nm处摩尔吸光系数为ε=6.09×104 L.mol-1.cm-1,镍(II)含量在0.1~0.7μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,方法捡出限为0.0012μg/mL,可用于芹菜中镍(II)的测定。
The color reaction of nickel (Ⅱ) with 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol(PAN) in micro emulsion has been studied, nickel (Ⅱ) reacts with PAN to form a stable purple complex at pH= 9.0. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 6.09×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at 580 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.1~0.7μg/mL for nickel (Ⅱ). The method is used to determine nickel (Ⅱ) in celery samples with satisfactory results.
