摘要
提出一种适用于研究和开发双坐标测量机的三级递阶协调控制系统,包括各级任务分配、系统构成、定位规则、控制策略及实时递阶算法。较好地解决了多坐标测量机协调控制系统中几个关键的问题:多CPU间的通信;多CPU间的同/异步操作和坐标测量机协调测量作业的基准时钟;多坐标测量机的坐标定标问题。
A three order algorithm method for co-control system used to research and develop double coordinate measuring machine is presented. It includes task allocation, system construction, localization rule, control strategy and real time order algorithm. Some key problems about multi coordinate measuring machine co-control are solved: communication of muhi-CPU; reference clock of multi-CPU synchronous/asynchronous operation and co-work of coordinate measuring machines and coordinate location of muhiple coordinate measuring machines.
