摘要 研制了基于嵌入式单片机的行波管突发故障在线检测模块。采用嵌入式单片机作为在线监控系统的核心芯片,设计了基于波峰检测的高速数据压缩的数据采集模块,捕获突发的故障波形。采用互感器和高速电压比较器捕获正向和反向突发异常信号,并通过中断技术,使CPU及时做出应对处理,系统响应时间达到1μs。设计了热电偶测温电路,通过温度测量可以检测行波管工作时的温度动态变化,这对于了解大功率行波管的工作状态,发现行波管异常状态将起到重要的保证作用。建立后向通道,为整个模块的网络化管理提供了便利。 An online detecting module for the outburst failure of traveling wave tubes(TWTs) is developed. The module with an embedded CPU has a data acquiring board based on detecting waveform peaks and high speed data compression for capturing the signal of the outburst failure. The positive and negative outburst abnormal signal is captured by the mutual inductor and high speed voltage comparator. CPU can make in-time reply to the abnormal signal by using interrupts. The temperature is monitored by a thermoelectric pair. The temperature measuring can detect the dynamic temperature change when the TWTs are in operation mode, which is very important for knowing the working state of TWTs and capturing the abnormal state. A backward channel is developed for the management of the whole system through network.
