摘要
高校教师教育技术培训模式直接影响着培训效果。文章通过对参与式培训模式的研究,探讨了在高校教师教育技术培训中运用参与式培训模式,对教师接受新的教育育理念和教学方式,掌握教育技术技能将起到较大作用。
The mode of educational technology training for university teachers has a direct effect on the training results. This paper studies the participation-oriented mode, which produces an effective impact for the teachers to accept new education concepts and teaching style and to grasp educational technology.
