摘要
使用MSCNastran及MSCPatran有限元软件对典型汽轮机阀壳的高温强度进行计算和分析,对应力集中位置采用线性平均方法估算其应力强度,并与材料强度相比较.由于压力和温度参数的提高,原模型已不满足设计要求.通过局部改进设计和优化,使阀壳强度符合设计要求.
The finite element method is used to calculate and analyze the high temperature strength of the typical steam turbine valve by using the MSC Nastran and MSC Patran. The stress concentration field is evaluated by using the stress linearization method. Because of the higher pressure and temperature, the original design can't be satisfied. With the design optimization of the valve structure, the valve strength is improved and satisfied.
