摘要
基于模态分析技术,联合有限元软件MSCPatran/Nastran与动力学仿真软件MSCAdams对某曲轴刚柔体混合模型进行动力学分析,得到曲轴在工作循环中的动态应力.同时提取曲轴载荷谱输入到MSCFatigue中进行疲劳强度分析,求得曲轴疲劳寿命.
Based on the modal analysis technology, combined with the finite element analysis software MSC Patran/Nastran and the multi-rigid dynamic software MSC Adams, a dynamic analysis of rigid-flexible crank system was proceeded, and the dynamic stress of the crank in the working cycle was obtained. The force-time table which was used to calculate the fatigue life of the crank by MSC Fatigue was abstracted at the same time, and the life of crank was calculated.
