摘要
对某单缸柴油机曲轴、曲轴箱、机座等构件系统进行多柔体动力学仿真,着重对机座进行强度校核和疲劳安全系数计算.通过分析,得到机座强度储备较高、符合安全运行要求的结论.
The dynamic analysis is done for single cylinder diesel engine system, including crankshaft, crankcase, base frame etc. The key point is to calculate the strength and fatigue safety coefficient of the base frame. Through analysis it can be concluded that the strength reservation is adequate and the frame can run safely.
