摘要
本文以某车身的开发为基础,综合采用多体动力学、有限元和疲劳分析方法,在车身开发的过程中,对其各种设计方案进行综合分析.通过比较可以快速地对产品进行评价,找出产品的最优方案.因此,CAE可以在产品开发早期介入,与产品设计并行进行.
Based upon the development of a vehicle body, several simulations are done for the different body designs in the developing process with the application of multi-body dynamics, finite element analysis, and fatigue analysis. Compared with the calculating results, the products can be quickly evaluated, and the optimum solution can be found out. Therefore CAE can be carried out at early stage of the whole developing process in parallel with design.
