摘要
某型号雷达液压自动调平系统调试过程中,调平油缸活塞杆回缩时,方舱高度下降,常常会产生剧烈振动,导致调平时间延长.利用MSC.Software公司的MSCEasy5软件对此进行仿真,结果表明活塞杆回缩过程中,活塞杆位移突变从而引起振动.对液压系统压力,流量和活塞位移等参数综合分析表明:为了改善调平系统的性能,在自动调平过程中,可以改变活塞杆回缩的控制,采用向高点靠齐外伸活塞杆的策略.
The experiment for a certain radar hydraulic horizontal adjustment is done. when the cylinder retracts, the square cabin always descends with acute vibration. Through MSC Easy5 simulation, the result indicates that the acute change of the piston displacement brings on the vibration in the retraiting process. The analysis is of the system pressure, discharge and displacement of the piston indicates that to improve vibration the control strategy of retracting the piston should be changed and the way of extending the piston according to the highest position of cylinder should be adopted.
