摘要
介绍不同类型的空气弹簧结构型式,利用有限元软件MSCMarc建立空气弹簧的有限元模型,并对其进行垂向特性的分析和计算.最后得出空气弹簧垂向刚度非线性特性的确切描述,并分析传统的弹簧与空气弹簧自振频率随载荷变化的特性.
The different structures of air spring are introduced. The finite element model of air spring is built by MSC Marc and the vertical characteristics of air spring is analyzed and calculated. Finally, the precise description for nonlinear vertical stiffness of air spring is obtain. The characteristics of the traditional spring and air spring are analyzed with the change of frequency.
