摘要
针对温度变化对挤出制品的质量影响很大的问题,结合实际生产状况,建立挤出流道的3维有限元分析模型,提出系列点加热源理论,并利用MSCNastran对塑料挤出流道的温度场进行3维模拟与分析,得到挤出流道温度场的温度分布图、温度梯度图、热流向图等图表和数据,为塑料挤出机的进一步改进和相关配套设备的设计提供指导.
With the problem that the quality of the extruded production is greatly affected by the temperature, the 3D geometry model is made on base of the actual production, meanwhile the theory of the series point heating source is presented. The plastic extruded temperature field is simulated and analyzed by MSC Nastran. The results of the temperature distribution, temperature gradient and heat fluxes are obtained, which can give some guidance for the improved design of the plastic extrusion and related equipment.
