摘要
采用了离子色谱法测定了饮料中L-脯氨酸含量,并与分光光度计法结果比较,实验结果表明:该方法可准确测定饮料中的L-脯氨酸,且有很好的线性关系,相关系数大于99%,最低检出限小于0.1μmol,加标回收率在92.0%￣110.0%之间,与分光光度计法结果比较标准偏差小于5.0%,可用于饮料中L-脯氨酸的检测。
A new method for the determination of L-proline in several drink by ion chromatography was studied .It is shown that the L-proline content was in a good linearity （ r 〉 99 % ） .The lowest L-proline content determined was less than 0.1 μmol.The recovery rate was 92.0 %- 110.0 %.Compare with results by spectrophotometer, RSD value was less than 5.0 %.It can he applied to determine L-proline content in drink.
