摘要 目的探讨局部麻醉B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术疗效与安全性。方法分析该院2005年8月~10月采用局部麻醉下应用B超引导穿刺行MPCNL治疗肾结石及输尿管上段结石病人11例临床资料。结果11例均获得较好疗效,B超引导穿刺全部成功,均采用单通道,无严重并发症发生。结论局部麻醉B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术手术创伤小,操作简便,疗效满意,值得在临床推广应用。 [Objective] To evaluate the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) under the guide of B ultrasound and local anesthesia in treating kidney calculi. [Method] Retrospectively investigated the clinical results of 11 patients with solitary kidney calculi treated with minimally invasive pereutaneous naephrolithotomy under the guide of B Ultrasound and local anesthesia from August to October 2005. [Resuits] 11 cases were achieved by minimally invasive pereutaneous nephrolithotomy. Single tract was in all cases. No major complications were noted in these patients. [Conclusions] Minimally invasive pereutaneous nephrolithotomy under the guide of B ultrasound and local anesthesia is safe and effective in treating kidney calculi. It may offer advantages with respect to less invasion and easy recovery.
