输尿管镜术后重症感染诊治体会(附8例报告)

Severe infection after ureteroscopy(report of 8 cases)

目的探讨输尿管镜术后重症感染的发生原因和治疗。方法回顾性分析2003～2005年8例笔者收治的输尿管镜检查或输尿管镜下碎石术后发生重症感染患者的临床资料。结果临床表现以高热、休克为主;8例均行抗感染、补液抗休克治疗,恢复佳。结论输尿管镜术后重症感染的发生原因以术前尿路感染、术中灌注压过高、术后梗阻多见。治疗以抗感染及抗休克为主。术前抗感染及术中合理操作是该病有效的预防方法。

[Objective] To investigate the cause and treatment of severe infection after ureteroscope. [Methods] 8 cases of severe infection after ureteroscopy or hthoclasty under ureteroscope from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Hyperpyrexia and shock are the usual presenting symptoms. Antiinfection and antishock were undertaken in 8 cases. The therapeutic results were satisfactory. [Conclusions] The cause of severe infection after ureteroscopy are preoperational urinary tract infection, high perfusion pressure or postoperational urinary tract obstruction. Preoperational antiinfection and reasonable operation are effective prevention.
