经皮肾穿刺腔镜下原位取石治疗输尿管上段结石

Treatment of proximal ureteral calculi with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in situ

目的探讨经皮肾穿刺腔镜下原位取石治疗输尿管上段结石的有效性及安全性。方法对86例输尿管上段结石患者采用腔镜下原位取石的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果86例中,81例获成功,5例中转开放手术,平均手术70min,术中出血约45mL,平均住院8d,无严重并发症。结论经皮肾造瘘腔镜下原位取石治疗输尿管上段结石安全有效,并发症少,痛苦小,康复快。

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treating the proximal ureteral calculi with pereutaneous nephmlithotomy in situ. [Methods] The clinical data of 86 cases underwent pereutaneous nephmlithotomy in situ for proximal ureteral calculi were analysed retrospectively. [Results] The procedures were successfully performed in 81 cases and 5 cases encountered conversion. The average operation time was 70 minutes, the estimated blood loss volume 45 mL, the mean hospitalization 8 days. No major complications were noted. [Conclusions] Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in situ is effective and safe in treating proximal ureteral calculi with fewer complications, minimal invasion and short convalescence.
