经尿道输尿管镜术急诊应用112例报告

Emergency application of trans-urethral ureteroscope(report of 112 cases)

目的探讨急诊应用经尿道输尿管镜术的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析112例急诊应用经尿道输尿管镜术(URS)治疗输尿管疾病患者的临床资料,其中经尿道输尿管镜术联合气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石合并持续性肾绞痛、梗阻性肾功能不全、感染等97例。诊断性URS15例。结果输尿管中下段结石取净率98%(96/97);诊断性URS分别诊断输尿管炎性狭窄、结核、息肉、软性结石、肿瘤共15例,均经病理检查并做相应处理。结论经尿道输尿管治疗输尿管中下段结石具有很高的疗效。其快速及安全性,对合并有持续肾绞痛及其他情况需急诊处理时尤为适宜。本组麻醉方法简单,对患者影响小,可在门诊进行。

[Objective] To evaluate the efficiency and safety of the trans-urethral ureteroscope in the emergency service applies. [Methods] The 112 cases review analyses outpatient services are applied curing the clinical data of ureter disease patient through the trans-urethral ureteroscope （URS）, and among them cure in next section 97 cases in the middle and lower ureteral stone combination the going on nephralgia, blocking nature kidney, the ballistic lithotripsy etc through the trans-urethral ureteroscope, other is for diagnosis 15 cases URS. [Result] The stone-free rate of URL was 98% （ 96/97 ） for middle and lower ureteral stone. The diagnosis URL diagnoses respectively that ureteritis is narrow and tubercle and the polyp and the soft stone and tumor totally 15 cases, all through the corresponding handle of pathology check and doing. [Conclusion] Curing the middle and lower ureteral stone through the trans-urethral ureteroscope is the very high curative effect. It is safe, quick and suitable when the involution has the nephralgia going on and other circumstances to need the emergency call handle. This team of anesthesia method is simple, influences a little to patient, and can be in progress in the outpatient service.
