摘要
利用多功能燃烧弹对乙醇进行均质压燃性能的研究,具有边界条件可控的独特优点.在多功能燃烧模拟系统(多功能燃烧弹)中进行了不同混合气温度对燃烧过程及不同空燃比对燃烧过程影响规律的试验研究.混合气温度的升高将促使燃烧最高压力、最大压力升高率和放热率增加,而且其峰值提前;随空燃比的加大,燃烧压力、压力升高率和燃烧放热率下降,且出现峰值的时刻推迟.
Study on alcohol HCCI combustion characteristics was conducted on a multi-functional combustion bomb so that the boundary conditions can be controlled easily. The effects of different intake air-fuel mixture temperatures and different air-fuel ratios on the combustion process were studied in the multi-functional combustion simulation system. It is found that the combustion with higher intake air-fuel mixture temperature and lower air-fuel ratio makes a higher peak cylinder pressure increasing ratio and a higher heat release ratios, and the peak heat release ratio will be advanced.
