摘要
建立层板发汗冷却推力室三维流-固耦合传热数理模型,数值模拟层板单元的传热特性.分析层板的几何机构、材料物性以及冷却剂性质对传热的影响,得到分配板片冷却剂通道深度比、导热系数的设计取值范围和采用不同冷却剂下层板单元的热特点,为层板发汗冷却推力室提供重要的设计基础.
The three-dimensional liquid-solid coupling mathematical model for the heat transfer of platelet transpirationcooling thrust chamber was established. Heat transfer characteristics of platelet cell affected by the geometry structure, the materials physical characteristics, and the coolant were simulated numerically. The design scope of coolant depth ratio of allocated platelet, the conductivity of platelet material and thermal behaviors of platelet cell with different kinds of coolants were obtained. The calculation results supplied important design values for platelet transpiration-cooling thrust chamber.
