3,4-亚甲基二氧基甲基苯丙胺急性毒性对大鼠焦虑情绪的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过单次给予大鼠不同剂量梯度的3,4-亚甲基二氧基甲基苯丙胺(MDMA)建立急性动物模型,观察大鼠的行为效应。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(A)和实验组(B、C、D、E),实验组分别腹腔注射MDMA3mg/kg,5mg/kg,10mg/kg,20mg/kg(单次);对照组注射等体积的生理盐水。给药后立即行开场实验、高架十字迷宫、群居相互接触实验观察。结果单次给予大鼠不同剂量梯度的MDMA后,开场实验中央格停留时间生理盐水组(7.75±6.28)s,4个实验组分别为(6.42±9.45)s、(6.37±7.47)s、(5.36±2.82)s、(7.81±13.17)s,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。高架十字迷宫实验、群居相互接触实验中实验组与生理盐水组比较,大鼠的焦虑相关行为也均未见明显增多(P>0.05)。结论MDMA神经毒性急性期对大鼠焦虑情绪无明显影响。 Objective To investigate the acute behavioral effect of neurotoxicity of MDMA, by single injection i. p of different doses of MDMA. Methods Male wistar rats were randomly assigned to control group(A) and MDMA group(B,C,D,E). Rats of MDMA group were single injected i. p with different doses (3,5,10,20mg/ kg) of MDMA, rats of control group were injected i. p with the same volume of saline instead, Open field test, elevated plus-maze test,social interaction test were performed at once. Results After single administration different doses of MDMA, the time stayed in central lattices is (7.75 ± 6.28 ) s for control group, (6.42 ± 9.45 ) s, (6.37±7.47 )s, (5.36 ± 2.82)s, (7.81 ± 13.17 )s for different doses of MDMA groups, there is no significant differences in open field test( P〉 0.05). The anxiety-related behaviours were not observed in elevated plus-maze test, insocial interaction test, compared with saline group( P〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The acute neurotoxieity of MDMA is not affect on anxiety-related behaviors of rats.
