摘要
目的探讨改善2型糖尿病患者生活质量的方法。方法用“三一二”经络锻炼法对2型糖尿病患者进行干预,用生活质量评定问卷评定干预前后患者生活质量的变化,检测患者在干预前后血糖变化。结果研究组干预前后在睡眠与精力(52.92±12.14)分,(57.72±8.48)分、躯体不适感(51.68±10.05)分,(57.29±13.30)分、精神紧张度、负性情感、正性情感、自尊、人际交往、业余娱乐生活、工作学习等因子及生活质量总体评价差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组干预前后心理功能维度、干预后2组心理功能维度差异均有显著性(P<0.05),干预前后2组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及平均糖化血红蛋白差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论“三一二”经络锻炼法对改善2型糖尿病患者生活质量、降低血糖有一定效果。
Objective To explore the effects of "312" meridian exercise method on quality of life in 2 type diabetics. Methods 60 cases 2 type diabetics were randomly divided into study group and control group according to with or without "312" meridian exercise method intervention. Generic quality of life inventory-74 was used to assess the variation of all diabetics before and after intervention. Results For study group, the scores of sleep and energy, body discomfortable, mental tension, negative mood, esteem, entertainment, working and studying, and the total score of life quality were better in diabetics 'after intervention than before intervention. Compaired with the controls,the scores of above factors were significantly increased in study group after intervention. The FBG, PGB and HbAlc were lower in study group after intervention than before intervention. Conclusion The "312" meridian may improve the quality of life and decreased the blood glucose in 2 type diabetics.
