心理危机大学生心理特征的分析

Analysis of character of college students on psychological crisis condition

目的研究有心理危机大学生的心理特征。方法用上海惠诚公司设计开发的大学生心理测试系统(网络版)中大学生人格问卷(UPI)量表为筛选测量工具,连续三年在全体新生(8245人)入学第一周内进行测试;并用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对UPI结果显示有轻生念头的学生为实验组,在同届学生中随机抽样(除外实验组同学)为对照组,进行进一步筛选和分析。结果1.03届(3092人)、04届(2516人)、05届(2636人)学生中有轻生念头的学生分别为15人、占0.5%,25人、占1.0%,45人、占1.7%。2.三届有轻生念头的学生(实验组)组间比较示03届/04届精神病因子分及03届/05届偏执因子分差异有显著性(P<0.05),而总分、总均分、阳性项目数及其余因子分均差异无显著性(P(0.05);三届有轻生念头的学生(实验组)分别与同届学生(对照组)间比较示总分、总均分、阳性项目数及因子得分均差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);三届有轻生念头的学生分别与中国人常模组组间比较04届/常模、05届/常模各项目均无显著性差异;03届/常模,总分、总均分、人际关系、抑郁、偏执、精神病性等因子分差异有显著性(P<0.05),而阳性数、阴性数、其他较好地等因子分差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论心理危机大学生共同拥有独特的心理特征。

Objective To analyze the character of college students on psychological crisis condition. Methods 8245 college students were investigated by university personality inventory （UPI） , and then the subjects were divided into study group with suicide idea and control group without suicide idea. The two groups were tested by SCL-90 to assess the students＇ mental health. The rescarch continued three years. Results The rate of suicide idea students for 03, 04, 05 grade is 0.5% , 1.0% , 1.7% respectively. There were significant difference of general score, number of positive items and all factor score between study group and control group（ P〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the normal, the score of all items of SCL- 90 apparently decreased in study group of 03 grade. Conclusion The college students with suicide idea have special psychological character.
