摘要
目的探讨睡眠剥夺对脑事件相关电位P300潜时及波幅的影响。方法8名男性被试参加了自7:00至次日8:00的睡眠剥夺实验。在此过程中进行了9次反复的手控跟踪+听觉Oddball双任务,实验中记录跟踪误差、反应时,同时记录分析脑事件相关电位P300潜时和波幅。结果在睡眠剥夺的夜间反应时延长7:00为(463.0±12.0)ms,4:00为(510.4±12.4)ms,跟踪误差增大7:00为(35.5±2.9)mm,4:00为(49.8±6.5)mm;同时P300潜时延长7:00为(383.0±8.2)ms,4:00为(420.5±7.7)ms、波幅降低7:00为(10.5.0±0.8)mV,4:00为(6.9±1.0)mV;反应时的变化幅度与P300潜时基本一致。结论在睡眠剥夺的夜间,大脑接受和处理信息的速度的降低是反应时延长的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the effects of sleep-deprivation on latency and amplitude of event-related-potential P300. Methods 8 men participated the sleep-deprivation test from 7:00 to 8:00 of the next day. During sleep-deprivation they performed a visual tracing plus aural reaction task in oddball mode repeatedly for 9 times, and the tracing-error and reaction-time were recorded automaticly by PC. At the same time the EEG were recorded and were analysised to get the event-related-potencial P30o. Results The reaction-time prolonged [ (463.0 ±12.0 ) ms at 7:00, (510.4 ± 12.4) ms at 4:00 ] and the tracing-error increased [ (35.5 ± 2.9)mm at 7:00, (49.8 ± 6.5 ) mm at 4:00 ] significantly at night of sleep deprivation ( P 〈 0.01 ). The latency of P300 prolonged [ ( 383.0 ± 8.2 ) ms at 7:00, (420.5 ± 7.7 ) ms at 4:00 ] and the amplitude of P30o decreased [ ( 10.5.0 ± 0.8) mV at 7:00, (6.9 ± 1.0) mV at4:00 ]. The changing of reaction-time and latency of P300 was similar. Conclusion The decreased speed of brain receiving and treating information play an important role in the prolonged reaction-time at night of sleep deprivation.
