益气化瘀法对妊娠大鼠子宫影响的研究

STUDY ON EFFECTS OF YIQIHUOXUE THERAPY ON GRAVID UTERUS OF RAT

以益气化瘀立法的中药口服液对妊娠大鼠离体子宫平滑肌解痉作用和在体子宫微循环的影响进行了研究，结果显示：益气化瘀法能有效缓解催产素所致子宫平滑肌痉挛、增加子宫表面微血管数目、扩张血管管径、使微血管血流加速，从而使子宫表面微血管网血流量增加。达到改善子宫微循环、维持妊娠、促进宫内胎儿生长的目的。

The effects of the oral liquid of traditional Chinese drugs prescribed according to YiQiHuoXue therapy on the spasmolysis of the smooth muscles of the isolated uterus and the microcirculation of the uterus in vivo of gravid rat were observed.The results showed that YiQiHuoXue therapy efficiently relieved the spasm of the uterine smooth muscles caused by oxytocin,increased the mumbers of the micrangium of the uterine surface,dilated the diameter of the blood vessels and quickened the blood flow of the micrangiums.Consequently,the volume of blood flow of the micro-vessle nets in theruterine surface was increased the so that the microcirculation of uterus was improved,the pregnancy was maintained and the intraterine growth was promoted.
