口臭患者口腔气味成份与证型关系的研究

QUANTITATIVELY EXPERINENTAL STUDY ON VOLATILE ELEMENTS OF SMELL IN ORAL CAVITY OF PATIENTS WITY STINK MOUTH

运用气相色谱技术对７０名口臭患者口腔呼出气体挥发性成份进行了定量分析。结果表明：口臭患者口腔中的主要致臭物质是吲哚类及Ｒｔ７、Ｒｔ０．５，不同病种中这些致臭物质含量有明显差异Ｐ＜０．０５。且与中医证型有一定量效关系。

The volatile elements of the gas cxhaled from the oral cavities of 70 cases of oral stink were quantitatively analyzed with the techmique of gas chromatoaram.The results showed that the main substances producing stink in the oral cavities of the paticnts with stink in the mouth were indoles and Rt7,Rto.5.The content of the substances was obvious different(P<0.05)in the different diaeases。
