老年女性急性心肌梗死的临床特点及预后

目的研究老年女性急性心肌梗死(AM I)的临床特点及预后,以提高防治率。方法对我院1993～2003年收住≥60岁AM I208例患者(男163,女45),分为男女两组,进行一般情况及病史、主要病状及梗死部位、并发症及合并病、治疗及预后比较。结果老年女性组AM I较老年男性组AM I起病年龄晚,住院时间短,吸烟人数少,高血脂,糖尿病,下壁及复合下壁心肌梗死、休克、心衰及死亡率高(P<0.05～P<0.0001)。结论提示雌激素水平及年龄变化对老年女性AM I临床特点有明显影响。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and prognosis in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） and improve its prophylactico-therapeutic rate. Methods 208 patients （male 163, female 45） had been hospitalized from 1996 to 2003, age≥60 years. The patients were divided into two groups of male and female. Their history, main symptoms, infarct area, complications, as well as the treatment and prognosis were compared, Results The superior in female group was in onset age and smoking numbers, but the inferior has in hyperlipennia, diabetes, inferior or complex myocardial infarction, shock, heart failure and mortality by comparison （P〈0.05-P〈0.0001）. Conclusions It was showed that a clear influence of hormones level and age variety on elderly female patients with AMI.
