摘要
用动态热机械分析仪测定了高能交联复合推进剂NP-1的动态力学性能,并表征了在75℃下老化不同时间的力学性能。NP-1推进剂的损耗角正切tanδ曲线存在两个松弛(α和β松驰),β松弛是由混合增塑剂NG/BTTN的分子运动导致的,而α松弛则是与聚醚-聚氨酯(PET/N100)的粘合剂分子运动有关。tanδ的α松弛峰极值随老化时间的增加而增大,tanδ的α和β松弛峰温都随增塑剂NG/BTTN含量的变化而改变。此外,初步分析了NP-1推进剂失效的主要原因。
The dynamic mechanical properties of a high energy cross-linked composite propellant NP-1 were measured by dynamic mechanical analysis, which characterized the mechanical properties of NP-1 aged for various times under 75 ℃. It is found that the two relaxations(α and β relaxation) are observed in tanδ. The β relaxation is attributed to the molecular motion of mixed plasticizer NG/BTTN while the α relaxation is attributed to motion of the polyether-polyurethane(PET/N100) binder molecule. The maximum values of α relaxation of tanδ increase with aging time. The peak temperatures of α and β relaxation of tans change with the content of the plasticizer NG/BTTN. In addition, the main failure reason for NP-1 propellant was preliminarily analysed.
