业务受理系统中业务逻辑模型的研究与实现 被引量:3

摘要 业务受理系统主要供监督中心工作人员使用,在城市管理信息系统和呼叫中心(站)系统的基础上,对城市管理问题进行登记、核实、转发、立案等操作,根据监督员问题上报和社会公众举报生成案卷记录,并促使案卷记录在系统中流转,实现与协同工作系统的信息传递。业务受理是数字化城市管理的基础业务流程,其业务逻辑多元而复杂,本文在详细研究业务受理系统业务逻辑的基础上,提出业务逻辑模型化思想,并将该设想应用于数字化城市子项目中,取得了良好的效果。 Service processing system is mainly used by supervising center. It does some related operations, such as register, validation and forwarding, about city managing issues based on city managing system and calling center system. It also promotes the case record to flow in the system and realizes information transfer with cooperation working system. Service processing is the basal service flow in digital city management and its service logic is very complex. After detail researching the service logic in the system, the idea of service logic modeling is proposed and applied to the project of digital city. The practice shows it effective.
