摘要
介绍了一套新型的隔板式内循环气化炉的设计和运行情况。详尽说明内循环气化炉中几个特征尺寸如布风板的面积,隔板的高度和自由层高度的确定方法。针对两种不同原料(木屑和稻壳)的运行风量的数据和床内温度调节特性,经过大量实验,得到结论:控制当量比在0.21-0.25时气化效果最好。使用木粉原料,当量比在0.25时,热值可达5700kJ/m^3,气化效率达70%。
The design and operation of a new clapboard-type inner circulation gasifier and the characteristic dimension of the gasifier were introduced. Timber-type fuel and rice husk can be used as fuel. The fluidized velocities are different as the various fuels. The operational results indicated that the optimal operation conditions are as followed: ER 0. 21 - 0. 25, gas heat value 5700kJ/m^3 (timber-type fuel), gasification efficiency 70%.
