摘要
介绍了斯特林脉管制冷机(高频脉管制冷机)国内外最新研究现状以及发展趋势。分析了由于高频脉管制冷机的效率可以达到甚至超过斯特林制冷机,从而在空间领域、红外传感器件和高温超导器件的冷却领域获得广泛应用。指出了线性压缩机是高频脉管制冷机的重要部件之一,提高线性压缩机的性能及机械寿命是提高高频脉管制冷机性能和寿命的一条重要途径。
This paper reviews the recent research status and development trend of Stirling type pulse tube cryocooler(high frequency pulse tube cryocooler). Because the efficiency of high frequency pulse tube cryocooler is approaching or exceeding that of Stifling cryocooler, high frequency pulse tube cryocooler is used widely in cooling infrared sensors and superconducting devices for space and military applications. Linear compressor is one of the essential component of the pulse tube cryocooler. Enhancing the performance and reliability of linear compressor is the key to enhance the performance and reliability of high frequency pulse tube cryocooler.
