摘要
对小花盾叶薯蓣进行了离体快速繁殖试验。结果表明:带腋芽的幼茎是最好的芽培外植体,芽2培养基(MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5-1.0mg/L)适于芽诱导,芽诱导率为72%;而根1培养基(1/2MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+KT0.5mg/L)则适于诱导生根,诱导率可达50%。本试验的结果为小花盾叶薯蓣快繁体系的建立奠定了良好基础。
The study of the fast reproduction on the Dioscorea pvaviflora C.T. Ting had been carried on. The result indicated that the caulicle with axillary bud was the best bud foster explant, bud 2 cultured medium（ MS＋BA 2.0mg/L＋NAA0.5-0.1mg/L）was adequate to budinduce, bud inductivity extend to 72%; and that rootl （ 1/2MS＋BA 0.5mg/L＋NAA 0.5mg/L ＋KT0.7mg/L ）cultured medium was adequate to raducation, inductivity could extend to 50%. The eventuate of this experiments would settle a fine foundation of the faster reproduction system for Dioscorea praviflora C.T. Ting
