摘要
用原位聚合法设计L9(34)正交实验制备脲醛树脂微胶囊,讨论了助剂用量和乳化速度对微胶囊水悬浮液稳定性的影响,得到了制备稳定性较好的脲醛树脂微胶囊的工艺参数。
Urea-formaldehyde microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization process and L9 (3^4) orthogonal design of experiment. The effects of additives and emulsion rate on stability of suspending were discussed. The parameters for microcapsules with better stability of suspending were fixed.
