分析了客户关系管理CRM的内涵,利用LotusDomino/Notes系统强大的文档处理能力和它自带的工作流机制,设计并开发了一个基于LotusDomino/Notes平台的客户关系管理系统。
This paper analyzes the content of the Customer Relationship Management. Lotus Domino/Notes system provides a set of communications, object and programmability services that supports workflow application. We design and implement a CRM system based on Lotus Domino/Notes system.
