The Data Transmission and Internet Technology in CIMS

CIMS系统的集成核心在于信息的集成,该系统由不同厂商生产的异构软硬设备构成,并且是递阶控制层次,系统之间各个单元的有效通信成了CIMS系统集成的瓶颈。文章分析制造系统中数据传输的过程,阐述实现CIMS系统各单元设备和系统互连的有效MAP网和TOP网。

It is very importation to CIMS that the information is integrated. There are difficult equipments in the system. The equipment are manufactured by many kind factories over all world. The computer integrated manufacturing system are controlled by layer. The information between every cell becomes the key in CIMS. This paper analyses the data transmission process of CIMS, and present the MAP/TOP Internet in which every cell can communication each other.
