摘要
本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算分析了静不平衡量、动不平衡量对转子振型的影响,验证了单测点整机动平衡方法的合理性和有效性。此外,本文还对分离机转子系统与机壳耦合振动进行了计算分析,找到了上轴承位置动平衡精度已达到要求而出现机座底端振动超标的原因,并给出了解决方法。
In this paper, the effect of static unbalance weight and dynamic unbalance weight on the rotor vibration model was calculated with ANSYS to verify the dynamic balance method which, is used widely now. The author have also analysed the interactive between the rotor and the casing of dish centrifuge to find out the method of reducing the vihration problem on the base of the machine.
