摘要
本文采用拟静力学分析方法,分析了圆柱滚子轴承在不同径向载荷作用下,保持架转速和滚子自转转速的变化规律,给出了滚子与保持架之间作用力的分布情况。在Harris简化方法的基础上,采用弹性流体动力润滑理论,改进其力学模型,提出更为合理的假设,简化了平衡方程组的求解。通过与试验结果的比较,表明本文简化算法简单合理,适合于工程计算。同时对几种不同的计算方法进行了总结与比较,分析了它们的优缺点。
Cylindrical roller bearings are analyzed by using the method of Quasi-static Analysis in this paper. The law of the cage's and rollers' speeds is discussed. And the distribution of loads between cage and rollers are given. Based on the method of Harris, the method of this paper takes the elasto-hydrodynamics lubrication theory into account, modifies the model of loading, provides more reasonable assumptions, and simplifies the equilibrium equations. The comparison of experimentation results and calculation results shows that, the simplified method of this paper is relatively simple and in reason, and is fit for engineering calculations. At the same time, some different methods are summarized and compared, and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
