基于摩擦力的自动压紧装置设计

Designing Device of Automatic Press based on Friction

针对自动化设备的连续压紧装置的特点,对于有些压紧力不大的特点,设计了基于摩擦力为驱动力的自动压紧装置,并对装置的设计原理进行了深入的分析。该压紧装置结构简单,制造成本低,简单调整可满足压紧要求,效率高。实验效果良好。

In order to meet the requirement of continuous press in automatic device, for small force of press, designed the device based on friction drive and analyzed the principle of design. The device has simple configurations; lower costs of manufacture, high efficiency and can meet demand of varieties press through simple adjust. Practice is all right.
