The paper discusses on the concept of the phosphor-process, the theory and influence factors of forming phosphorfilm and the effect of quality of phosphor-film on the extension of steel-jar. On the basis of those, the application of phosphorprocess on the manufacture of the color-harden pipe casing is described in detail.
