广西南宁市蔬菜铅镉污染监测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解南宁市蔬菜铅镉污染情况,探讨污染来源,为政府治理蔬菜重金属污染提供科学依据。方法在严格的质量控制下,采用随机抽样的方法,对在南宁市销售的蔬菜进行监测。结果共监测111件蔬菜,获得170个有效监测数据。其中铅污染监测蔬菜59件,铅污染总体超标率49.1%,超标最高的是白萝卜,最高超标倍数为9.4倍,其次是大白菜;镉污染监测蔬菜111件,镉污染总体超标率为24.3%;同时发现京白大、白萝卜、胡萝卜、四季豆等共9份蔬菜铅、镉同时超标,双重超标率达到15.2%(9/59)。结论应加强综合治理,减少环境污染;污染主要来源与施用污坭、垃圾坭、生活废水、工业三废排放和食品加工中的二次污染有关。 Objective To investigate the lead & cadmium contamination of the vegetable in Nanning, inquire into the source of the contamination and provide scientific exact evidences for government. Methods By the unanimous method and under the strict quality control, the saled vegetables in Nanning were monitored with lead & cadmium concerued.Results There was 170 significant data monitored from 111 samples. Lead contamination monitoring was done to 59 samples and its population standard-exceeding rate was 49.1% . The serious lead contamination was found in white radish and its most standard-exceeding multiple was 9.4, the next was big cabbage. In regard of cadmium contamination, 111 samples were done and its population standard-exceeding rate was 24.3 % . Also in the vegetable , lead and cadmium contamination were found in nine pieces of samples including Beijing cabbage, white turnip, radish and kidney bean etc. Double standard-exceeding rate was 15.2 % (9/59). Conclusion We should strengthen comprehensive management and avoid environmental pollution. The source of the contamination is relevant to using sludge, rubbish, sanitary wastewater, industrial waste, and food-processing.
