摘要 对保健酒生产过程中中药材有效成分的提取、物料调配、陈酿、精滤和灌装等主要工序进行合理细分单元和配置,科学地对生产单元的管理采用计算机控制系统和网络通讯技术进行自动控制。措施为:选用稳定的、功能强大的控制系统;编写灵活的控制方案,实现手动、自动、现场控制三级控制;选用卫生型、精度高的现场检测设备参与计量和控制;全程数据采集,实时和历史数据库进行数据存储;生产信息化接口等技术实现了对保健酒生产过程各种重要工艺参数的计算机自动检测、采集,实现生产流程的自动控制。系统工作正常,产品一次性合格率达到100%,调配精度达到3‰。(孙悟) Automatic control system in the production of Jin Liquor refers to rational unit division and allocation of the main processing procedures such as the extraction of efficient components from herbs, production materials distribution, liquor aging, filtration and filling etc. and all the production units are computer-controlled and network communication has realized automatic control. The concrete measures include the followings: selection of stable and powerful control system; use of flexible control program to realize three-level control (manual, automatic, and on-the-spot control); application of sanitary on-the-spot detection equipments of high accuracy for quantification and control; data collection for the whole process and data storage in real-time database and historical database; application of production informatization interface to achieve automatic detection and gathering of every important technical parameters. The practice indicated that when the system worked normally the qualification rate of the product could achieve 100% and the ordering accuracy reached 3‰. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
