摘要
四川沱牌曲酒股份有限公司作为川酒的“六朵金花”之一,始终致力于产品质量的持续提高,以最大限度满足消费者的嗜好需求,取得了突出成效。2001年12月,2006年3月、4月,笔者分别应邀参加沱牌六粮工艺成果鉴评会,沱牌品酒技能培训和培训考核判卷评分,有幸先后3次来到沱牌,并品尝沱牌系列产品,惊奇发现在短短的4年时间,沱牌产品质量得到了快速升级,特别是舍得系列产品,口感绵柔醇甜,爽净利口,酒体完美,风格独特,可谓浓香一绝。结合笔者对沱牌的考察,发现沱牌产品的快速升级与其持续的技术创新是密不可分的。
Tuopai Liquor Co.Ltd., as one of the six large-scale liquor-making enterprises in Sichuan, has always made great efforts in improving product quality to meet consumer's requirements and great achievements have been accomplished. The author had been invited to "Tuopai Liuliang Technical Achievements Assessment Conference" in Dec.2001, March 2006 and April 2006 and visited Tuopai Group three times. The author found that Tuopai liquor products had achieved surprising improvement especially Shede series liquor product (soft taste and clean and perfect liquor body with unique liquor style). The author believed that such rapid quality development was closely correlated with technical innovation. And the development experience was introduced in this paper for reference.
