粉末法生产Mn-Al中间合金

摘要 介绍了利用粉末冶金工艺生产MnAl25和MnAl15中间合金的过程及方法。通过试验得出粉末冶金生产MnAl25合金的最佳工艺条件为:压制压力650MPa,粘结剂用量0.6%,润滑剂用量0.6%;生产MnAl15中间合金的最佳工艺条件为:压制压力650MPa,粘结剂用量0.8%,润滑剂用量0.6%。MnAl25中间合金的粉化率为0.01%,密度可达4.41g/cm3;MnAl15中间合金的粉化率为0.02%,密度可达4.8g/cm3,且中间合金的成分均匀。 This article introduces the method and process of Mn-A1 intermediate alloy by powder metallurgy. The best process conditions to produce MnAl25 intermediate alloy are as followed: the pressing pressure is 650Mpa, the use level of binding admixture is 0.6%.,and the use level of anti-fraction material is 0.6%. While the best process conditions to produce MnAl15 intermediate alloy are as followed: the pressing pressure is 650Mpa, the use level of binding admixture is 0.8%, and the use level of anti-fraction material is 0.6%. The efflorescence rate of MnAl25 intermediate alloy is 0.01%, and its density can reach to 4.41g/cm^3. The efflorescence rate of MnAl15 intermediate alloy is 0.02%, and its density reaches to 4.80g/cm^3. The chemical constitution of Mn-Al intermediate alloy is uniform.
