不锈钢焊条焊接镀铝钢板焊缝的组织和性能研究

摘要 热镀铝钢板由于具有钢的强度和铝覆层的优异的耐蚀性、耐热性等,应用日益广泛。目前,其焊接工艺一直倍受关注。介绍了采用18-8型不锈钢焊条,通过手弧焊对热镀铝钢板(δ>5mm)进行焊接的工艺方法,并对焊后的接头组织进行了分析。 Hot-dip aluminized steel plate is used widely because it owns strength of steel and erosion resistance and heat-resisting property of aluminium overlying strata. At the present time, the welding process is all the time focused. This article introduces a kind of welding process of hot-dip aluminized steel plate (δ〉 five millimeters) by manual metal-arc welding adopting 18-8 stainless steel electrode ,and analyzes the organize of the joint.
