摘要
自行研发设计了基于机器视觉和数控技术相结合的PCB自动定位钻孔机(俗称打靶机),介绍其结构组成和工作原理,以及控制系统的构成和实现方法。所设计的机器主要性能指标如每分钟钻孔数达到70~80个,钻孔精度达到±0.02mm,通过与国内同类机器相比具有高效率、高精度、低功耗、低成本等显著优点。
This paper introduces the structure, working theory, control system and realization method of PCB drilling-hole machine. This machine is based on machine vision and numerical control technology. This kind of machine can drill 70 to 80 holes per minute, and drilling accuracy reaches ± 0.02mm. Compared with other similar machines in China, it has some obvious advantages such as high efficiency, high accuracy, low consumption and low cost.
