摘要
在对现生产中开裂的薄壁渗碳齿轮进行失效分析的基础上,通过改进热处理生产工艺及装夹方式,有效降低薄壁渗碳齿轮的心部硬度,达到提高其弯曲疲劳强度之目的。
Based on the failure analysis of thin wall carburized gears cracked in present production,the heat treatment process and clamp method were improved,and as a result,the core hardness of the thin wall carburized gear was effectively decreased as well as its bending fatigue strength was increased.
